Returns Policy

At Saltspin we pride ourselves on the quality and fit of our jeans, and we continually strive to offer the best service possible to our customers shopping online with us. However, in the unlikely event that you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase from us you can return your item/s for a refund or exchange within 28 days of ordering.

WHAT TO REMEMBER:

The jeans must be returned in their original packaging, in a saleable condition with all labels and tags attached. Every pair of Saltspin jeans has a small security tag attached. Please only remove this if you are 100% satisfied with your jeans, as if this is removed then we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.

All jeans are inspected upon return before your refund/exchange is processed.

OUR RETURNS PROCESS:

We offer free returns for UK customers.

To receive a refund you must first obtain a returns authorisation number (RMA) from us and note this number on your invoice/despatch note, which has been included with your order.

HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR RMA NUMBER:

1. Visit www.saltspin.com and sign into your Saltspin account with your username and password. If you previously checked out as a guest user, then please use your order number to view your account.

2. Under 'My Account' select the option at the bottom of the list, titled RMA. 

3. Complete the form to submit your request. If you have any problems with filling in the form, please do contact us. 

4. Your unique RMA number will be automatically issued to you on screen and via email. This number should be noted on your invoice/despatch note and returned inside your parcel.

5. You are now ready to contact Saltspin to arrange the collection of the item. There is a returns address label inside your package which you should stick on the box, over the top of the courier label. 

PLEASE NOTE:

If sending goods back from outside the UK please state 'RETURNED GOODS' on the outside of the parcel to avoid customs charges.

Returns will be rejected by the courier company if they are not packaged correctly and if you do not have an RMA number.

Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase – we are unable to refund to another card. If you paid via PayPal we will credit your PayPal account. Please allow 10 working days. 

If you are outside of our 28 day returns policy, it is with regret that we cannot refund you and you will be contacted.



Under the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days following the receipt of your goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing within 7 working days by following the Returns procedure online, and you must take reasonable care of the item(s) and not use them prior to return. You must return the item(s) to us in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel.

Note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the items. We will not accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
