DELIVERY POLICY

UK DELIVERY

• We offer FREE delivery to all UK addresses

• Orders placed before 2 pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped on the same day, arriving in 2-3 working days

• Orders made during weekends or Bank Holidays will be posted on the first working day, arriving in 2-3 working days

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items may take a little bit longer to be delivered, allow 5-7 working days for your order to be dispatched

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• We offer a fixed fee of £9.95 per order for all International orders, and will be shipped First Class via FedEx International

• Delivery to a Europe - up to 2 working days

• Delivery to the rest of the World - up to 5 working days

• In some countries there may be a customs tax that needs to be paid on delivery when receiving an item from the UK. As this is varied state-to-state and country-to-country this charge has not been included so please be aware of this if you are ordering from a location that has such customs charges in place

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Whilst we endeavour to despatch your Saltspin jeans as soon as possible, we can only do this if our payment gateway, Worldpay, have approved the payment. If for any reason your payment is rejected or not authorized then we will contact you via email to process the payment

• Parcels cannot be left in a safe place as a signature is required upon delivery

• For UK deliveries, a re-delivery is charged at £5.95. For international deliveries, we will contact you once this been calculated

• Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Check your UK parcel status on Yodel website HERE. For International orders check your parcel status on FedEx website HERE

• The local or regional holidays of a country or territory can affect transit times. Please contact FedEx Customer Service in your local country or territory for the most current holiday information
