We would love for you to create an account, but it is not necessary when making an order. Please just select the guest checkout option and we will be happy to take your order. If you do choose to create an account, your details and previous orders will be saved making it even easier to place your next order. You will also be able to create a wishlist and store favourites which you can share with friends or simply work out which of our jeans to buy next.

To change anything, you will need to first log in to your Saltspin account with your username and password. Go to the My Account section of the website to change any information you wish to.

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to login then there is a 'forgot your password' link within the account login pop up. Follow the instructions to recover or change your password. Should you have any further problems, please feel free to email customerservice@saltspin.com

We will send you an order confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving your order. This will be sent to the email that you provide us during the checkout process.

Yes! Shopping with us is 100% secure. We use a payment gateway call Worldpay who process our orders. This means that your customer details and card details are handled by them and securely processed within all government required legislation. Should you have any specific concerns please feel free to contact our customer service team who will be happy to give you any further information.

To check the status of your order, you will need to log in to your Saltspin account using your username and password. If you checked out as a guest, you will need to use your order number instead. Under My Account, click 'My Orders' to see a status. If your jeans have already been dispatched, we will have provided you with a tracking number via email.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. We can only deliver to a permanent residential address, or a place of work as a signature is required upon delivery. If you choose to have your order delivered to you at your place of work, please ensure that there will be someone available to take receipt of the goods and sign for the parcel.
