RETURNS POLICY

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 28 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address for free (within the UK).


International customers are liable to arrange their own returns and are responsible for any taxes and duties incurred.


Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and in their original packaging (with all Saltspin security and designer garment tags still attached). Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and we will not be able to issue a refund/exchange.


HOLIDAY SEASON RETURN POLICY

In addition to our standard 28 day returns policy, we offer an extended holiday season returns policy to make gift purchasing even easier. Orders placed from Monday, November 19, 2018 can be exchanged or returned for a refund until Friday, January 4, 2019.


HOW TO RETURN MY ORDER

1. Complete the returns form and include it inside your parcel. You will find your returns form with your dispatch note as well as your FedEx return label, included with your order


2. Pack the item(s) to be returned, you can re-use the original white Saltspin box. Close the box securely & place the FedEx returns shipping label in the outside pouch on the front of your parcel. Ensure the barcode is facing up and that any previous shipping labels are removed


3. Call FedEx customer service to arrange a convenient day for your parcel’s pick-up. You will find FedEx’s instructions and your personal tracking number on the returns label. Please bear in mind FedEx pick-up hours are Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm. If you would like to arrange a pick-up from an alternative address to your original delivery address, please contact a member of our customer services team on 0207 388 7788 or email customerservice@saltspin.com


4. Your parcel is now ready to be picked-up! 


WHAT TO REMEMBER

• The jeans must be returned in their original packaging, in a saleable condition with all labels and tags attached


• Every pair of Saltspin jeans has a small security tag attached. Please only remove this if you are 100% satisfied with your jeans. If this is removed then we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange


• When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the items


• We will not accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. All jeans are inspected upon return before your refund/exchange is processed


•Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase, we are unable to refund to another card. If you paid via PayPal we will credit your PayPal account. Please allow 10 working days for your account to be credited


•If you are outside of our 28 day returns policy, it is with regret that we cannot refund you and you will be contacted


•If sending goods back from outside the UK please state 'RETURNED GOODS' on the outside of the parcel to avoid customs charges


•Returns will be rejected by the courier company if they are not packaged correctly

NOTE: Under the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days following the receipt of your goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing within 7 working days by following the Returns procedure online, and you must take reasonable care of the item(s) and not use them prior to return. You must return the item(s) to us in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel.
